Stomping Foot over Understatement

Upon sharing goals and hopes with the real world, I want to burn the house down and run away screaming.. I know.. I know... dramatic.

However, its not every day morality patrol sits beside me and introduces the following reasons to lose a night of sleep:

1.  Yes, you've written so many things for me that I don't appreciate like you do.
2.  We just are not intellectually matched, but we are meant for one another
3.  Your extremes are just not ordinary, but they are you
4.  I can't tell you I mean, I don't know what to say
5.  No I'm not judging you, I'm just not like you

What the heck did that mean?

I am feel sensory deprived at the moment as I believe I have been told in summary:  No I don't listen to a damned thing you say, as it doesn't apply to me.

OK.

You stay here and I'll run and get help.

Art Part II

My poster of Maroon Five is hanging in my laundry room by clothes pins so it does not get wrinkled.  Adam Levine and those hands are due in the basement to be added to my wall.  I told John the story of my daughter's opinion about the whole thing.  He laughed and joked when I told him nobody topped his appeal in my eyes.  He about cried when I also added:  Those hands covering him are awfully small...  (interpretation left to reader imagination... but think BIG)

Spider Mafia

I do believe spiders have a bounty on my head.  I was in my daughter's bedroom sorting a pile of assorted kid stuff.  The dirty clothes and clean mixed with shoes and a healthy spattering of random crap hid a large spider from detection.  Said spider made his presence known by falling out of a shoe and onto my hand.  My home is pretty soundproof.. but my husband came running down the hall in response to the red alert scream I let fly.  All I could do is sit there with a shoe in each hand screaming and praying the bitch didn't move.

Husband crushed the enemy and I flung shoe across room in frustration.  Spiders and thier destruction are a part of my marital agreement.  Boogers. Blood. Dinner.  Laundry.  Yes.  Bugs.  NO WAY.

It was Not Itsy Bitsy

I believe my blood pressure has returned to normal.  At least I think so.  I just went out onto my back deck about an hour ago... but then just ten minutes ago.. I flipped on the light switch... and about stepped face first into an enormous spider web.  Holy ....SHiiiiiiiTTTT!!! was all I could say as I jumped back into my house with visions of legs scrambling over my head.  AHHHHHHHH!!!

My fearless husband comes to the door as I duck out freaking.

Enter flaming grill lighter.

My hero.

Laughing his ass off at me.
